My 3 Day Diet

This is my 3 Day Diet I have done a few years ago.

Day 1 :
  • Go jogging in the morning for at least 1 hour.
  • Eat your first meal (500-600 calories) around 3pm.
  •  Go jogging again around 6-7pm for at least 1 hour.
  • Oh yeah, eat only once a day!
DAY 2 & 3 REPEAT.

*after your 3rd day, you'll lose about 6lbs or more, depending how hard you workout.

I haven't been doing it because I have gain weight & I notice my calves have gotten bigger.
It's all muscle and fats.
So to lose these I have to immobilize my legs or do very light workout, not including calves workout or so.
