Today's meal & result :D

I just stepped on to the scale today & I'm 121 omgaaaah~!!!
I was so happy because it was so hard trying to be under 125 for so many weeks!
Hopefully, I don't mess up this time ><!!!
Anyways, this is what I ate today.

BREAKFAST
LUNCH
DINNER
SNACKS

TOTAL CALORIES : 861/1200 + 793 = 861/1993
*I've earned 793 extra calories from exercise today!
If every day were like today...   I'd weigh 108.5 lbs in 5 weeks. :D

TOTAL OF INTAKE CALORIES : 1390/1200 + 992 = 1390/2192
*I've earned 992 extra calories from exercise today: :D
 If every day were like today...   I'd weigh 111.8 lbs in 5 weeks!

My 3 Day Diet

This is my 3 Day Diet I have done a few years ago.

Day 1 :
  • Go jogging in the morning for at least 1 hour.
  • Eat your first meal (500-600 calories) around 3pm.
  •  Go jogging again around 6-7pm for at least 1 hour.
  • Oh yeah, eat only once a day!
DAY 2 & 3 REPEAT.

*after your 3rd day, you'll lose about 6lbs or more, depending how hard you workout.

I haven't been doing it because I have gain weight & I notice my calves have gotten bigger.
It's all muscle and fats.
So to lose these I have to immobilize my legs or do very light workout, not including calves workout or so.

Okay, gotta sleep now!

Height: 4'11"-5'0"
Heaviest weight: 139 lbs
Starting weight: 130 lbs (when I joined myfitnesspal.com)
Current weight: 126 lb
Current goal: 115 lbs
Goal weight: 110 - 105 lbs
Ultimate goal: 100 lbs

*I've already lost almost 15lbs!
